Disputes

In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing amicable settlement, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman responsible for the professional.

In accordance with Article L. 223-3 of the Consumer Code, you have the right to oppose telemarketing by registering on the "Liste d'Opposition au Démarchage Téléphonique" (List of Opposition to Telemarketing). Cancellation Policies:

  1. Different rates with specific cancellation terms are available. Please note that, according to Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain contracts, including hospitality services.

    a. Flexible Rate - Cancellation fees 1 day before arrival, 4:00 PM: Free cancellation one day before arrival by 4:00 PM. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur charges for the first night without extras, which are non-refundable.

    b. Semi-Flexible Rate - Cancellation fees 7 days before arrival, 4:00 PM: Free cancellation seven days before arrival by 4:00 PM. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur charges for the first night without extras, which are non-refundable.

    c. Non-Cancelable, Non-Refundable, Non-Modifiable Rate: 100% of the reservation is charged and non-refundable upon booking. No changes are allowed for this reservation.

  2. Prepaid reservations cannot be modified or canceled, and the prepayment is non-refundable as specified in the rate's sales conditions.

  3. If permitted by the rate's sales conditions, you can cancel or modify your reservation on the website or mobile services or directly with the hotel.

  4. In case of a guest-initiated early departure, the full agreed-upon price will be charged, and no refund will be issued for prepaid reservations.

  5. Unless expressly stated otherwise, guests must check out by 12:00 PM on the last day of the reservation. Failure to do so will result in an additional night charge.

  6. Reservations are non-transferable and may not be assigned to third parties, whether free of charge, for consideration, or commercially. For any concerns, please contact the hotel's director, Mr. Nik Sokoli, at niksokoli@grandhotellafayette.fr.
